Service
Plex LD provides monitoring and alerting related to water leak detection. The service is provided on an “as is” basis and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
SMS Alerts
If you enable SMS notifications, you consent to receive automated transactional text messages from Plex LD related to your account and devices (e.g., leak alerts, device status updates, low battery, offline). Message frequency varies based on device activity and alert conditions.
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact support@plexld.com.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with normal operation.
